Brentwood Firefighters would like
to thank everyone who helped to make our for Chief Windrow a success. We were
able to raise a good deal of money for a worthy cause. It was great to see the
community come forward to help support one of our own. If you weren’t able to
make it out, please take a look at these photos from the day’s events to see
what you missed. From the first people in line for the car wash to those who
brought their own containers and bought chili by the gallon, everyone’s participation
was greatly appreciated and directly contributed to making this event a
success.
The first cars in line were already waiting in the parking lot at
Brentwood United Methodist Church when Firefighters arrived to set up.
A special thanks goes out to the local Scout Troop for their assistance with
washing the many vehicles that came through.
Almost every type of chili was represented, and the debate over Beans
or No Beans in Chili rages on…
The auction tables saw lots of action, and there were deals aplenty to
be had. We had some fantastic items donated by numerous awesome people and
businesses that helped make the night a success.
Again,
our thanks goes out to the community for your support. Everyone who contributed
in any way, either small or large, played a vital role in making this event a
success.
