IT’S NOT TOO LATE SO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION!
CLASSES START AUGUST 1ST
 
The purpose of the Citizens Fire Academy is to increase public awareness by familiarization and information.  Through education, demonstration, and participation, citizens will better understand who, what, where, when, how, and why we do the things we do.  Class days will focus on fire service history, organization, recruitment, fire safety & prevention, CPR, EMS, and fire operations.  Two Saturday sessions will provide participants the opportunity to participate in the combat challenge and hands-on fire and rescue training.  Graduation and awards will be held November 7th.
 
The program is open to Brentwood citizens 21 years or older, that are interested in learning about the fire service. Class size will be limited to 20 participants.
