E2 responded on a medical call for a report of an unconscious patient.  BFR personnel arrived on scene to find one conscious patient lying on the ground.  Crew members quickly obtained vital signs while E2’s paramedic performed a stroke assessment.  EMS arrived on scene as BFR personnel were obtaining an EKG.  Patient car was transferred to EMS and E2 personnel assisted with moving the patient to the ambulance.  Once further on scene care was complete, EMS transported the patient and E2 returned to service.
